Whizzer S-10 info

I recently purchased a Schwinn S-10 frame that were produced by Schwinn for the Whizzer Motorbike and others. I'm looking for information to set the frame up with the right parts on it.
It is just a bare frame so will need to know if they came with different head badges ...etc
